The time spent on a platform in business is always valuable time, whether it is being used to convince shareholders to invest, employees to perform or customers to buy, every word that is spoken should be carefully crafted to ensure  it meets the objectives of the event and the needs of the audience.

Eloquence Speaker Consultants are experienced business people who assist Executives with the preparing, structuring and delivery of highly effective presentations.  Whether they are presentations to the Board of Directors or speeches at company conferences or corporate events, our aim is to save the Executive time on preparation and make him shine on delivery.

Producing a professionally structured presentation can be a daunting task and delivering it can be a terrifying experience for many.  Eloquence Coaches are here to assist with the preparation and delivery of business presentations and professional speeches.

Eloquence offer clients the option of two x 3 hour coaching sessions.  The first session covers the consolidating of content for the presentation and then formulating it into a solid structure.

The second session concentrates on delivery skills:-

  • Eye contact
  • Voice projection & modulation
  • Movement & Gestures
  • Engaging with the Audience
  • Dry run

For Executives who are too busy to put a presentation together, the information to be included in it can be sent through to Eloquence via email and a professional presentation will be designed on their behalf.

EXECUTIVE COACHING FEE STRUCTURE

SESSION # 1

CONSOLIDATION OF PRESENTATION CONTENT & CREATING STRUCTURE
3 Hour session = R5000- + Vat

  • Identifying the goals and objectives of the presentation
  • Establishing the required outcome of the presentation based on audience requirements
  • Consolidating the content into key points
  • Identifying the content to be contained under the key selling points
  • Finding relevant graphics / video / multimedia to accompany the content to make it dynamic
  • Combining content and with relevant slides
  • Creating a time line for the presentation
  • Creating a relevant theme or ‘Roadmap’ for the presentation to make it interesting
  • Adding relevant stories or experiences to highlight the value of your company offering
  • Add acronyms, anecdotes and quotes to make the presentation memorable
  • Identify pertinent questions to ask the audience to keep them engaged

SESSION # 3

PUBLIC SPEAKING DELIVERY SKILLS
3 Hour session = R5000- + Vat

  • Public Speaking Delivery Skills sessions are filmed and played back for immediate discussion & learning
  • Clients are required to bring along a presentation they have done previously or are about to do in the near future, so that realistic skills can be trained during the session.
  • Create a ‘Big Bang’ memorable opening
  • Create a ‘Big Promise’ to inform the audience of what will be covered during the presentation
  • Create a dialogue with your audience, eliminate monologues and talking ‘at’ the audience
  • Learn Techniques to engage the audience and keep them engaged
  • Eye contact is the most powerful audience engagement tool, use it skillfully
  • Poise and the use of hand gestures and animations
  • Own the stage and only move with a purpose to create impact
  • Vocal pace, speak slower and louder to create an impact
  • Optimum Voice Pitch, tones and modulating your voice
  • ‘The Sounds of Silence’ use pausing between words and sentences to create maximum impact
  • ‘Fear of Public Speaking –  Learn a few relaxation techniques and manage the nerves

FEES / PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • It is recommended that modules are booked separately, a few days apart.
  • A Fee of R750.00 per hour is charged should the training session go over the 3 hour period or for offsite work.
  • Please note fees exclude the hire of a training venue hire, catering and technical equipment.
  • An external Boardroom venue is available for an additional R750.00 per 3 hour session
  • Fees include travel within a 20 km radius of Sandton, travel outside 20kms will be charged for at R5.00\km
  • Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the date of training to confirm booking.  No payment, no training policy.
  • Training that is cancelled within 30 days of training date will be charged at 50% of total booking fee
  • Training that is cancelled within 7 days of training date will be charged for in full.
  • Travel costs outside the Johannesburg will be for the clients account i.e. Business Class air travel and hotel accommodation.
  • Fees exclude VAT @ 14%

VENUE  /  TRAINING FACILITY FEES

Cost of Boardrooms / Training facilities, as well as meals and refreshments during
training are for the clients account and will be invoiced for after each session.

PAYMENT

Clients will be invoiced for 50% of the total training fee upfront as a deposit, the balance is due 24 hours after the date of training.
Training that is booked, cancelled or postponed within 5 days of training will be charged for in full.
